This issue publishes a narration by Vladimir Makanin “Without Politics”, four stories by Georgy Kalinin, an autobiographical epistolary narration by Aleksey Mikhailov “Rehabilitation, or Letters from Spain” on drugs dependence treatment at a rehabilitation centre in Spain. The poetry section is made up of the new poems by Aleksandra Mochalova, Vyacheslav Kupriyanov, Natalya Vankhanen, Yan Shanly.

Studies of Our Days presents “Colombian Impressions” by Alyona Andreyeva.
Essais contains “Night Watch” — notes by Aleksander Obrastsov from the cycle “Satan in the Cupboard” and the essay by Vladimir Kholkin “Kolobock”: the Death of a Poet” — a deconstruction analysis of the Russian folk fairy tale.
Close and Distant section contains an essay by Dmitry Shevarov “Visiting Astafyev”.
Comments section presents “Christ and Time Machine”, an article by Alla Latynina on the latest novel by the popular writer Boris Akunin “Pelagia and the Red Rooster”.
The Writer’s Diary section: Aleksander Solzhenitsyn resumes his literary collection publishing the article “The Two-part Novel by Vasily Grossman”.
